The CCP Has Never Tried to Play by the Rules

In its 2021 report on Adherence to and Compliance with Arms Control, Nonproliferation, and Disarmament Agreements and Commitments, the U.S. accused Communist China of failing to adhere to its nuclear testing moratorium and missile non-proliferation commitment and questioned China’s compliance with the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC). Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Wang Wenbin responded to it immediately at the regular press conference, saying  “the U.S. is the only country opposing negotiation on such a protocol” and stopping obstructing the establishment of a BWC verification regime.

  • Mr. Lu De shared his thought on this matter. 1 The U.S. now is only questioning the CCP on the BWC. However, is the CCP overreacting?  It acts like a guilty person gives himself away by consciously protesting his innocence. 2 Communist China actually does not have its own technology industry, all rely on imports and borrowing. It can only obtain U.S. technology and products by signing an agreement and committing to abide by it. The CCP must now be punished for violating the treaty.

Dr. Lawrence Sellin summarised Dr. Limeng Yan’s remarks in a scientific session by saying “the Chinese Communist Party’s military scientists used the wrong animal model and greatly underestimated human transmission of the #COVID19 causing a panic cover-up by the CCP just like the Soviet officials after Chernobyl.”

  • Mr. Lu De disclosed the HKU virologist Guan Yi was trying to buy animal models from Taiwan a couple of days ago.
  • Before the U.S. funded any P3 or P4 lab in China, the CCP must need to sign some agreements to comply with the BWC. Now that if the CCP breaches those agreement by making biological weapons, the U.S. will certainly take action against it.

Communist China is preparing a substantial fine of at least 10 billion yuan ($1.54 billion)  for Tencent Holdings as part of its sweeping antitrust clampdown on the country’s internet giants, according to Reuters.

  • The Jiang Gang owns Alibaba and Tencent, both of which are facing corporate splits due to infighting with the CCP.  Xi Jinping must control these Internet companies because in today’s world, having them means having money and power.
