Simple..have EVERYONE who traveled to China for an organ transplant..have them hve the organ tested for DNA..and if from China (they dont dontate organs)..have it sent to the family of the DNA owner. Will stop surgerys rapidly..removal of a transplanted liver will stop the illegal trade immediately.
