In order to reduce the price of medicines for patients, President Trump signed In order to reduce the price of medicines for patients, President Trump signed three executive orders on July 24, 2020. One of them is to remove kickbacks from the middlemen. President Trump reached this deal with Congress using DACA as a leverage. President Trump hinted in a number of his recent speeches that he had touched the cake of middlemen, so they had made the enemy of Trump.
So who are these middlemen? President Trump said in multiple occasions that, “Nobody knows who they are … They make more money, perhaps, than even the drug companies themselves.” “The amount of money they have made over the decades is too incredible even to speculate or say.”
Mr. Guo revealed in the G-TV livecast on July 30 that these people were a few families controlling the pharmaceutical industry in the U. S. and “Bill Gates was nothing compared to them.” He pointed that these families would rather to see Americans die than letting people use hydroxychloroquine for it’s nonprofitable. Miles wasn’t afraid to say to their face that “It is you middlemen, Wall Street financial giants, the evil power behind the huge capital in the US, in the West, who have been helping the CCP with throwing the fire into your own home in the United States. And while others are calling for help to fight the fire, you ask for money for fighting the fire. Isn’t this what you are going to do? You want to take advantage of this crisis of humankind and make a fortune.”
The following is a collection of President Trump’s remarks and Mr. Miles Guo’s livecast about middlemen for our readers to review.
The four orders that I’m signing today will completely restructure the prescription drug market, in terms of pricing and everything else, to make these medications affordable and accessible for all Americans.
But under my administration, we’re standing up to the lobbyists and special interests and fighting back against a rigged system. “Rigged system” — you’ve heard that word before. I’m unrigging the system that is many decades old. We’re doing something that should have been done a long time ago.
The third revolutionary order I’m signing today will prevent middlemen — and women, I guess — but you’ve heard about the middleman, right? The middleman that makes so much money. Nobody knows who they are. Nobody has any idea who they are. They make more money, perhaps, than even the drug companies themselves. And the drug companies, in all fairness to them — big pharma — and they’re doing a great job on the vaccines. They’re doing a great job on therapeutics. I can tell you because I deal with them a lot. But I think the middlemen make more money than they do, and they don’t do much. Maybe they don’t do anything. Some people say they don’t do anything. Nobody even knows who they are. But the middlemen are making a fortune. And pharmacy benefit managers and people are just bilking Medicare patients with these high drug prices while they pocket gigantic discounts. Gigantic discounts. The amount of money they have made over the decades is too incredible even to speculate or say. It’s — it’s massive. Some very rich people are not going to like me very much today, I can tell you. I probably know them very well. I probably see them in Palm Beach. But nobody ever talks about who they are. Everyone — I hear “the middlemen” for years. “The middlemen.” Right, Alex? And he doesn’t know who they are either, but he knows they’re rich. And they’re not going to be so rich anymore because the money is going down to reduce the price of drugs — prescription drugs.
So that’s a big thing. That’s a tremendous step. It should have been taken a long time ago. But they have a great deal of power. And I don’t have to tell you how many phone calls I’ve had in the last few days when they heard I was going to be doing this. It’s — I’ve heard from people that I haven’t spoken to in a long time.
Frequently, drug companies give these middlemen discounts of up to 50 percent of the price of prescription drugs. But too often, those discounts are not passed on to the pharmacy counter — meaning the people.
This rule will pass those billions and billions of dollars a year — I mean, many, many billions a year in discounts onto patients — directly onto patients — saving Americans with high drug costs thousands of dollars a year. Individual people will make thousands of dollars a year. You’re not going to believe the impact that the things we’re talking about today are — are going to have.
Under our ridiculous system, which has been broken for decades, we aren’t even allowed to negotiate the price of drugs. Can you believe it? I said, “What are we going to negotiate?” We’re not allowed — we’re restricted by Congress from negotiating the price of drugs. Can you imagine? You say, “I want to get a better price.” “I’m sorry, sir. You’re not allowed to do that. That’s illegal.” What kind of a system is that? Do you think the world looks at us and said, “Where the hell did these people come from?” But they treat us very nicely, but it’s not — it’s going to end, okay?
Q: Mr. President, on the executive order — the executive order that you signed on Friday, lowering prescription drug prices, why did you wait until three and a half years into your presidency to sign those executive orders?
THE PRESIDENT: We have a great thing happening with lowering of the drug prices. The drug prices in our country will be coming down very substantially. I was given that right because of the DACA decision. The DACA decision allowed me to do things that some people thought the President didn’t have the right to do. I was given that right. Drug prices will be coming down very, very substantially. No other President has been allowed to do that. No other President has been able to do that. No President has ever done what I’ve done for prescription drug prices — and, by the way, for many other things too.
We’re going to do tremendous — we just signed it three days ago — we’re doing tremendous prescription drug price reductions. Tremendous. It could be over 50 percent — whether it’s favored nations clauses or anything else. I mean, it’s tremendous numbers we’re talking about. You know, you go to some countries and they’ll sell, like, a pill for 10 cents, and in the United States, it costs two dollars. And it’s the same basic factory. It’s the same everything. The United States bears the cost of all of these low prices that you see all over the world where people go to Canada to buy a prescription drug from the United States. Not going to happen with me. It’s not going to happen with me.
So, John, I think one of the exciting things — got very little coverage, and that’s okay, but the people understand it — I think we will be reducing prescription drug prices by massive amounts, numbers that have never been done before. Other thing: In 51 years, we got — as you know, last year, drug prices came down. First time in 51 years that they came down. Now, with what I signed last week, I think that drug prices can come down by numbers like 50 percent and even greater, in certain instances.
The other thing we’re working on very strongly, and it’s very important, is prescription drug prices. The drug companies are not exactly happy. In fact, I assume they’ll be taking ads. But we’re doing a drug prescription bill, in a sense — we’ve already signed it, for the most part; one goes into effect very soon — that’s going to get us to be tied with or lower than the lowest drug prices anywhere in the world. Right now, the United States, because of what has happened over years, we have the highest prescription drug prices in the world. We will soon have the lowest.
And we’re doing another one that’s very important are the drugs — prescription drug prices.
We pay the highest of any country in the world, by far. You look at Germany and you look at UK and Canada and other countries, and they pay a fraction of what we pay. And we’re doing a series of signatures, which I’ve done, and one goes into effect very soon. But we’re doing matching grants and all sorts of things that are going to bring our drug prices down at levels that nobody ever thought possible. We’re doing things that nobody ever thought possible.
The bad news is, the pharmaceutical companies aren’t exactly in love with Donald Trump, and they’ll advertise — they’ve already started it. I’ve seen they’ve already started it. I’ve seen the ads. And anytime you see an ad from a pharmaceutical company against me, you know that means the drug prices are coming down. But they’re going to be coming down to a level that nobody ever thought possible.
The drug companies don’t contribute to my campaign. I don’t need their money. I haven’t asked for their money. And if they did, it wouldn’t matter to me anyway, but I am not somebody that’s reliant on the drug companies. And we call it “big pharma.” Big pharma is probably the most powerful lobbyists of any lobbyists there is, probably. I don’t know. Maybe the lawyers lobby is pretty powerful too. But big pharma would be just about up there. And we have to do what’s right.
They’ve been talking about reducing drug prices ever since I can remember, ever since I’ve been starting to really watch politics with interest, which was actually at a very young age. But we’ve been talking about drug price reductions and prescription drug reductions.
And I will tell you, you’re going to see the biggest reductions in the history of our country by many times. We’re not talking about a 1 percent. And as you know, last year, for the first time in 51 years, drug prices went down. Marginally, but they went down. First time in 51 years. So I was President, and drug prices went down first time in 51 years. Now you’re going to see numbers that you wouldn’t even believe, and it’s going to be fair.
It’s not fair that other countries pay a fraction of a — and I mean a fraction of what we do. We pay all research and development and promotional costs and everything; it’s put onto the United States. They pay nothing. Nothing. And then, on top of it, they say, “This is what we’ll pay, and this is what it is. And the United States will pay the remainder of the difference.”
I mean, this is the way they buy. They go and — I won’t mention names of comp- — of countries. But they say, “This is what we’re going to pay. The United States will make up the difference.” And that’s not going to happen anymore.
And as you probably noticed, big ads are taken against me by big pharma. Very big ads. Very massive buy. But in the meantime, they’re calling. They want to know if they can make a deal. And I say to people, “The only reason these ads are being taken is because prices are coming down for you.” And they understand that. I think our people understand that.
Now, what the drug companies are going to do — maybe they’ll raise them, maybe they’ll lower them, or maybe they’ll just give up and sell them to us directly much cheaper. So a lot of things are happening.
Also, the rebate — we have people that are very wealthy that nobody ever heard of them. Nobody knows who they are. I guess, in some cases, they can be pharmacies; in some cases, they’re individuals. We’re doing a rebate, and the rebate goes to the people. It lowers the price of drugs.
So we have a series of four things that we signed. And you will see, over a period — a fairly short period — drug prices are going to be tumbling down at numbers that nobody would have ever believed possible.
We have — in 51 years, the only time prices came down was during this administration. It was last year. Fifty-one years it went up. But that was just a small decline. This is a massive decline. This is a decline that nobody can believe. I was called by senators, I was called by congressmen: “Please don’t do this.” But big pharma doesn’t mean anything to me other than we want them to do a great job. We want them to get their vaccines. We want them to do what has to be done.
So I think you’re going to see drug price reductions over the next four or five or six months — it’ll probably take a little while to kick in — that are going to be at numbers that you wouldn’t believe. But in the meantime — they called on Friday afternoon — they want to meet and see if they do something else. They don’t like favored nations clauses. I understand that.
For so long, I’ve heard about how wealthy the middlemen are. They call them “the middlemen.” And they are very wealthy. Nobody even knows who they are, but they’re very wealthy people.
And we’re doing the rebates. We’re doing purchases from other countries — like Canada, which buys drugs for much less money than the United States is allowed to, under a very bad system. I don’t call it “archaic”; I call it “bad” because it’s meant, really, for drug companies to get higher prices.
But under — under the system of matching that we have, if Germany has a pill for 10 cents and ours is $2, we’re allowed to say we want favored nations, and we want the pill for the same — the same as the lowest country in the world. If they sell to one country lower than anybody else, that’s the price we’re going to get. Drug companies aren’t too happy about that — big pharma.
You have people called “middlemen.” I don’t know who the middlemen are. I don’t know. They never say “middlewomen,” so they’re politically not correct. (Laughter.) But I’ve heard the term “middlemen” for a long time. They are so wealthy. They are so wealthy. Nobody has any idea who the hell they are or what they do. They make more money than the drug companies. You know, in all fairness, at least the drug companies have to produce a product, and it has to be good product. But the middlemen — well, the rebate that I’m doing cuts out the middlemen, and it reduces costs, and the money goes back to the people purchasing the drugs.
So I have a lot of enemies out there. This may be the last time you’ll see me for a while. A lot of very, very rich enemies, but they are not happy with what I’m doing. But I figure we have one chance to do it, and no other President is going to do what I do. No other President would do a favored nations, a rebate, a buy from other nations at much less cost. Nobody. And there are a lot of unhappy people, and they’re very rich people, and they’re very unhappy.
We heard an update from the top scientists and the government and the leaders of pharmaceutical companies, which, right now, aren’t too thrilled with me. They’re taking millions of dollars’ worth of ads because I’ve created a favored-nation status for drugs, which is going to reduce drug prices by 40, 50, 60, and maybe even 70 percent in some cases — numbers that have never been heard or thought of. So when you see those ads, remember: That means your drug prices are coming down. When you see ads attacking your President, it’s very simple — that means drug prices are going to be falling very soon.
Mr. Park: Hydroxychloroquine is currently the most effective medication for treating the CCP virus, but its implementation in various countries has not been smooth. Is this a matter of interest groups controlling behind the scene?
Mr. Guo: Hi, Mr. Park! 100% true. Things are not perfect in Western countries, including the human rights, rule of law, freedom in the West. The price paid for these is huge. There is no such thing as a perfect system. After WWII, Roosevelt and Churchill said that the capitalist system was not the best but compared with the autocratic communism, it was acceptable. In the current capitalist society, who wants capital? Capital is dad, capital is justice. If there is capital there is a doctrine, no capital no doctrine. This was what I said on the first day of the Whistleblower Movement. In the West, whatever you do relies on capital. Let me tell you, Mr Park, who have ever thought about this?
So, think about it, hydroxychloroquine has affected two interests. Whose interests? Do you know, brothers and sisters? Everyone is condemning and asking whose interests it affects. Do you guys know? Who doesn’t want you to use hydroxychloroquine the most? Think about it.
What’s truly silencing you, shutting up the president who takes the medication every day but cannot speak up, is the largest pharmaceutical group in the United States. Even the underworld groups do not make as much money as pharmaceuticals in this whole world.
Let me tell you, just across from here you can check out the house across from me. They were the first to be listed in the world, the drug company called Fentanyl, the one across from me. The family business ran four or five generations with hundreds of billions of dollars in assets. Do you know what problem they are facing at the moment? Something went wrong and Fentanyl killed so many people. Everybody is suing this family and all their assets have been seized. This is the only house that I kept my eyes on for over ten years, the biggest house here, managed by an LLC. This house has not been seized so the family still live here. This is scary, you know, brothers and sisters. You don’t know how arrogant they were in those years.
Bill Gates was nothing compared to them. In those years, pharmaceutical was more profitable than the underworld group, gold, and anything else. In western countries, medicine is always monopolized. All pharmaceutical stocks are what the US presidential candidates have to go and involve during their election campaign. Now the family is broken, and everything is ruined. Do you know who lives next door? The owner of the first listed legal cannabis company in the US Do you know what happened? I know both of them. I can’t talk about their private things, but someone passed away suddenly, and then they went bankrupt.
Do you know how big the political power behind these companies is? Let us imagine if hydroxychloroquine is opened up and becomes a non-prescription drug that everyone can buy cheap, what a huge opportunity is this? You can calculate, one trillion to two trillion. These people are so smart, so smart. Many of them are smart people who came from Israel, about 99%. He did the calculation: I could help someone become the president with US$0.5-1 billion. Why should I lose US$2-3 trillion away? This power is huge, the contest behind this power. No one dares to say anything. In the US, FDC [FDA], CDC and the Institute of Health. What do those people do? They were the earliest to provide funding to the CCP P4 Lab. They gave the biggest funding to the Wuhan Lab. The absurd things in this world are beyond your imagination.
It’s all Wall Street and the CCP. The CCP is still hiding many things and using it as a puppet. These pharmaceutical groups and medical science and technology giants are the most afraid of opening up prescription drugs. Could you have imagined? A small number of people are risking the life of all mankind and not letting you have hydroxychloroquine.
Hydroxychloroquine, I can tell you now, is definitely effective. This is why I have been making all efforts to push the US forward to open up the prescription drug. How much is it per tablet after the prescription drug is opened up? To be accurate, it’s the 10-packet 200mg one.
The CCP’s is 1-packet. The 10-packet one equals 10 boxes in China. The price is approximately US$20, or even US$8, but the cost is around US$3. How much do they want to sell it for? They want to sell it for US$50-100. This is ten times or even twenty times higher than the profit of illicit drugs, so the interests behind this are huge. These interests are so large that they are to subvert all mankind. But I don’t think they can succeed, with the recent contest going on. As we are sending out the message through various channels every day,
telling people that it is critical to saving lives. Plus we’ve let them know that their next target is not anyone else but Israel, but the United States. You must open up this prescription drug. It’s been proved by all sorts of evidence and technology, by the tens of millions of people infected in the past six months, by millions of frontline doctors and nurses, and by the personal experience of patients who came back to life that hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin are definitely effective.
But this is the evil of capital in the West. Socialism is called power-ism. When you have power, you have your doctrine. Power is the evil hand behind the scene. In America where there is capitalism, capital is the evil hand behind all bad things. Capitalism or the power of capital is currently controlling the truth. They are controlling the people and preventing you from being saved and treated. This is the truth. Therefore, the core of the top power
is the American Wall Street and the bosses behind Wall Street, and the giants behind the technology stocks and pharmaceutical stocks. That’s the power of capital, sadly. But this is also the benefits brought by the virus. I believe that wealth, science and technology and the forms of capitalism will undergo huge changes. So, we are very lucky since we are the group at the forefront of humankind. We have been witnessing the final contest of the biggest
political, economic and capital games in the world. Then in the human history there will be the birth of… it’s been over 2000 years Anno Domini. No matter we talk about AD or BC, I think the earth will be facing new choices when human history reaches ten thousand years. I don’t believe that socialism will exist anymore. Neither do I believe that capitalism will still exist like this. Our life will be colorful and undergo huge changes every moment.
Across from here are the 25 most wealthy Jewish families in the US. There are also two Chinese families who came three generations ago. Now you see, 90% of the properties are on sale. Bankruptcy, no offspring, sudden death in the family, things like these happen. I saw a few families and I said to them. I said we Chinese people are Buddhists and we believe in reincarnation. I said you people did so many evil things, selling Fentanyl and marijuana. No wonder people died in your family. Why should anyone else die, right? And that buddy, who owns one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the US, I can’t name it, it’s the first biggest pharmaceutical company, specifically asked me, “Miles, can you please not mention our name?” I said I would mention your name, my next step is to specifically mention your name. I said you control the largest pharmaceutical company. Why don’t you call for the opening up of hydroxychloroquine? He said, what do we live on if we open up hydroxychloroquine! That’s why I’m saying you will face the trial from heaven.
I asked if he had ever thought about this issue. The CCP’s house is on fire and this virus comes from the CCP family. It’s his house that is on fire. How come someone died in your family. Everyone can … Park Changhai’s house is on fire, but something happened in Hahn’s household. Why is that? It’s Park Changhai who did it. You light the fire. How come it burnt Hahn’s house! Right? This is very easy to understand! I said, someone has died in your family while you are helping the CCP. It is you middlemen, Wall Street financial giants, the evil power behind the huge capital in the US, in the West, who have been helping the CCP with throwing the fire into your own home in the United States. And while others are calling for help to fight the fire, you ask for money for fighting the fire. Isn’t this what you are going to do? You want to take advantage of this crisis of humankind and make a fortune. He stopped talking.
He said, this is your imagination, you’ve got no evidence. I said, anyone who needs evidence in the world is stupid I believe in facts. There is a well-known saying in Western law. When an individual goes to court with a government organization he does not need to provide any evidence. According to law, if I were the plaintiff, the government has to show evidence to prove what I say is wrong. So, I said, it’s you who will have to show evidence. Second, when the facts are obvious and can be proved by a third party, no evidence is required. Facts are stronger than evidence. I said, people are dying. Hydroxychloroquine works but you don’t let people use it. You are the controlling party of these major pharmaceutical groups. Your families control 60-70% of the American pharmaceuticals. Who set the fire? The CCP set the fire, and you helped with it. You are the middleman who helped the fire to burn people’s houses. Simple facts! Right?
