St. Paul Man Accused of Selling N95 Masks at Unreasonably High Prices Was Fined

Star Tribune reported on August 14, that a man named Kevin Liu lived in St Paul, Minnesota was accused of selling over 1,000 3M N95 masks for “unconscionably excessive” price at eBay and has agreed to pay a $6,800 fine.
